DISCOVERY
Phase 1
Focuses on discovering market insights, audience behaviors and motivations. We also look at competitor strategies and activity.
DEFINE
Phase 2
Is about defining the strategy collectively, whether that be creative, communications, marketing, digital, brand or social. This is then documented in a strategy with KPI’s.
DESIGN
Phase 3
Begins developing the identity of all customer-facing content & communication, based on the first research from discovery and definition and the channels it will be distributed on.
DELIVER
Phase 4
Focuses on delivery & execution of activities set out in the definition stage, to ensure a single-minded strategy is applied to all suitable touch-points with maximum effect.
DATA
Phase 5
The final stage of the process is the collection, analysis, and presentation of data uncovered, allowing it to be tested and reviewed in order to learn and improve the strategy.
